What materials are your products made from?

Our shirts are made out of premium spun polyester but feel as soft as cotton!

High-quality materials without ever fading, cracking, peeling or flaking Vibrant colors that won’t fade.

What is our T-shirt form?

At the moment, we only run the traditional T-shirt form. Our unisex tee is an unfitted shirt that is not specific to either the male or female gender, we have a guide size chart for you to choose. T-shirts are true-to-size and unisex.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product?

Please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] to be supported. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product without any charge.


Are there any customs fees?

Your order may be subject to import taxes upon arrival to your country. Customers are responsible for paying any import taxes that may occur.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation and tracking number by email once the order is sent out, you will be able to track the order status in the top right corner of any Motrido page by clicking “Follow Order”:

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

We encourage you to track your order online to avoid issues in the delivery process. If the delivery timeframe has passed, please contact your postal carrier with the tracking number, as well as our customer service. If your order is lost and your shipping address is correct and deliverable, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue an immediate refund upon confirmation.

– Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date.

– Customers are responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. So please make sure your address is correct and deliverable.

What should I do if my order tracking information is not updated?

This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may have already been updated. Please try again later to see if the information has been updated. If there is no movement within a week, please feel free to contact our customer service via live chat or support email for assistance.


Can I change my size/information after placed order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. We allow our customers to correct their information within 24 hours from the time of their order.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our Support team and make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be modified or canceled. The order can only be canceled within 12 hours from the time you order.

What if I want to return for a refund?

We recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, there is no product that works for everyone. Please contact us via [email protected] for instructions:

Requirements for a Refund:

-Item(s) must be in its original condition;

-Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with shirts and paperwork;

-Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method;

-Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2020, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2020)

Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used.

We strongly encourage you to contact us before returning any product to consult with a customer service representative on the eligibility of your order for return or exchange.

If you choose to return your order without consulting a representative and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued and you will be notified via email with any options available to you on how to proceed.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after you received confirmation of the cancellation. The amount of time it takes for the refund to show on your PayPal account depends on the policies of these institutions.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal for payment. We are unable to accept payment via cash on delivery or bank transfer. You can select your payment method once you proceed to checkout.


Has been my order shipped yet and when do I receive my payment confirmation email?

If you received the payment confirmation email, your order has been prepared and is awaiting pick up. If your shipment is delayed unexpectedly for some reason, you will receive a notification via email.

How do I change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?

The order can only be canceled within 12 hours from the time you order. We will be happy to stop the order if we can, however, our order fulfillment system is designed to ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, your order may already be in the shipping process, and in that case, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

How do I check my order information?

The payment confirmation email contains the details of your order. You can also contact our customer service with your order number or your email and we will be happy to let you know the details of your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
